Cold Spring Tavern

Cold Springs Tavern is a tavern 20 minutes north of Santa Barbara, California, in a canyon about a mile off of Highway 154. Established as a stagecoach stop in 1865, it was featured on national television. The tavern serves venison, duck, steak, lamb, kangaroo, and rabbit among other things, including lion, a dish it controversially served for a brief period in 1998.
