[edit] What's the value of these entries

Most of these entries seem to have limited value. They are basically just restricted to short, incomplete lists of flags that happen to include the colour combination of the article. There's no discussion about the meaning of the colours. I note that Green and gold does presumably because it's actually a phrase that is used with regard to Australian sports so the meaning is clear. Other entries such as Black and red do not appear to serve much purpose. I am tempted to AfD quite a lot of them and would be grateful for an explanation of any reason why that step shouldn't be taken as I believe that many of the entries are unencylopedic.
