A coeducational Public School Located in Ducklington, near Witney, Oxfordshire. As of 2006 the school had approximately 650 pupils ranging in age from 5 to 18. Over recent years the facilities have been greatly improved with the addition of a state of the art information technology centre and the building of a new teaching block. The school operates a house system with houses Harcourt, Swift, Queen Anne, Vanbrugh and Fielden. The houses compete in competitions such as house rugby.

Cokethorpe school was originally contained within the elegant Queen Anne Mansion House, but because of the years of expansion much of the teaching now takes place in newer buildings. The Mansion house is set in 150 acres of park land and it has a small chapel in the grounds. The tower of the chapel was virtually destroyed in a fire in 1994 but it has since been restored.
