Coin of Phraates IV of Parthia from the mint at Seleucia on the Tigris. The reverse shows a throned king receiving a diadem from Tyche carrying a cornucopia. The Greek inscription reads ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΝ ΑΡΣΑΚ[ΟΥ] ΕΥΕΡΓΕ[ΤΟΥ] ΔΙΚΑΙΟΥ ΕΠΙΦΑΝΟΥΣ ΦΙΛΕΛΛΗΝΟΣ (king of kings, benefactor Arsaces, civilized, friend of Greeks). The date ΕΟΣ is year 275 of the Seleucid era, corresponding to 38–37 BC.
