Talk:Coherent energy

[edit] This seems to be a rather heterodox description

This seems to be a rather heterodox explanation for a physics-related concept. 24.159.243.211 06:53, 30 November 2005 (UTC)

From Merrium-Webster online dictionary. Heterodox: Etymology: Late Latin heterodoxus, from Greek heterodoxos, from heter- + doxa opinion -- more at DOXOLOGY
1 : contrary to or different from an acknowledged standard, a traditional form, or an established religion : UNORTHODOX, UNCONVENTIONAL
2 : holding unorthodox opinions or doctrines
The explanations are taken direct from the literature. I'm unaware of any standard definition of coherent energy other from these sources. If you are aware of a standard, or non-heterodox definition of coherent energy, I would encourage you to contribute it here. Otherwise there does not seem to be a basis for dispute.
