Coffin and Keys

Coffin & Keys or Coffin and Keys, depending on who one talks to, is a secret society at the University of Nevada, Reno. They are the university's self proclaimed secret society, akin to Yale's Skull and Bones.

Coffin & Keys was started in 1916 by an ambitious group of University students. The ten member group petitioned the university president for the right to start a secret society, and so was Coffin & Keys born. CK is now composed of mostly fraternity presidents and high ranking elected class officials.

Currently Coffin & Keys puts out a newsletter once per semester and at the end of each CK gives various institutions, buildings, and classes grades along with a short commentary.
