Though the organization as a discrete entity prior to its merger with BiPAC only existed for a few years, its organizational history should be documented, IMO. I derived the initial entry from the description in Bialogue, but hope that the entry will be expanded by others. AndreasKQ 18:32, 7 April 2007 (UTC)
