A newer upload represents the same automatic trace process, but based on a scaled down 270 px-wide PNG image, and so the SVG is under 2MB, albeit it is a drawing of much lower quality. A better quality drawing, with a 10 to 20x smaller SVG, is desired, and should be possible to accomplish for a good SVG artist.)
