According to Romania's Law on Copyright and Related Rights nr.8 of 14 march 1996 (modified by Law nr.285 of 23 june 2004) this image is in the public domain.
Article 9 of the above law states that: The following are not eligible for legal protection of copyright: .... c) official symbols of the state, of public authorities and of organisations, such as: The coat of arms, the seal, the flag, the emblems, the badges and the medals; d)means of payment; .... Hence this image has been released into public domain. |
