Coal town

Coal towns were designed to support the needs of the mining employees and mining operation as the coal mines themselves were often remote.
Coal towns are similar to the Company town. However, the coal mining industry creates unique resource specific dynamics which are not present in the Company town. Multiple operations and currencies are examples.
