Step 1: Awareness (See it) - inverse is Forgetting
Step 2: Acceptance (Own it) - inverse is Pretending
Step 3: Consistent Action (Live it) - inverse is Insisting
Step 4: Authenticity (Be it) - inverse is Resisting
