I am curious as to the notability of cmuTV outside of Carnegie Mellon. I was wondering if it would be more appropriate to note this inside the Carnegie Mellon article instead of having a completely separate article for it. mikmt 21:50, 22 January 2007 (UTC)
While I can see what you're saying, the people editing the Carnegie Mellon article are trying to cut down the length of the article (check the discussion), and adding short descriptions for all the student orgs on the main page would not fly with them. There are many other student orgs that have their own articles. See The Carnegie Pulse, WRCT, The Tartan, etc. Perhaps an article called "Carnegie Mellon Student Organizations" would make sense, but there is an established trend for student orgs to have their own articles.
