From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
CMOT is the Common Management Interface Protocol (CMIP) over TCP/IP as defined in RFC 1095.
It defines a network management architecture using the International Organization for Standardization's (ISO) Common Management Information Services/Common Management Information Protocol (CMIS/CMIP) over TCP/IP. This architecture provides a way by which control and monitoring information can be exchanged between a manager and a remote network entity.
