Hello! This is a slang term and Wikipedia is not a dictionary of slang. Your article also contains several unsourced statements about the beliefs of unspecified officials, making this article useless for a researcher. Can you cite the references from which these assertions are drawn, please? This will make your article useful for a researcher interested in television-watching habits. Please also note that this article was previously-deleted in December 2005 as a neologism, so rapid improvement would be an advantage if you want to keep it on Wikipedia.
