[edit] Administrator question

To become an administrator you need to submit a request for adminship. There are no official prerequisites but applications are almost guaranteed to fail if the user has fewer than 2000 edits and 3 months of fairly consistent contributions. Have a look at the current nominations to get an idea. James086Talk 07:11, 3 March 2007 (UTC)

If you have edited a page, then you are an editor. Anyone can edit Wikipedia except for a few protected pages. If you want to know more about Wikipedia I suggest looking at Welcome! and the 5 Pillars of Wikipedia. James086Talk 10:10, 3 March 2007 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on Camaro magic, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. [edit] Your recent edits

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to Apollo 11, you will be blocked from editing. Might I remind you that Wikipedia is not a place for disruption to prove a point. (link; link; link) +A.0u 03:50, 29 March 2007 (UTC)

This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to User:A.Ou, you will be blocked from editing. -Mschel 03:53, 29 March 2007 (UTC)

It has become apparent that your account is only being used for vandalism, so it has been blocked indefinitely.

This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | unblock | contribs) asked to be unblocked, but an administrator or other user has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators or users can also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). This unblock request continues to be visible. Do not replace this message with another unblock request nor add another unblock request.

Request reason: "It was my little brother. I can change my password if you want. I just really want to contribute to wikipedia. I have a bunch of new article ideas. Sorry for the problems he caused!"

Decline reason: "A sustained campaign of vandalism and disruption for over an hour, followed by a block and then, 3 minutes later, you asking to be unblocked because it was your little brother? Doesn't sound plausible, especially since you hadn't edited for almost a month beforehand. Clearly a vandalism-only account; possible a compromised account; either way, block is correct. — RΞDVΞRSЯΞVΞЯSΞ 10:35, 29 March 2007 (UTC)"

This template should be removed when the block has expired, or after 2 days in the case of blocks of 1 week or longer.

Please unblock me.
