Clunk in a fictional character created by MackMaster27 of Mack E.Z.^[1] He is the flagship character of MM27 and has come to represent his website as a whole.

Clunk was first created in 2000 and appeared with various casts of characters and several comics of varying styles. It was not until July of 2002 that his current comic series truly began. It first appeared online on May 11, 2003 on Mack EZ and went on have to have 80 regular comics and 1 special edition. Starting Q3 2004 he began to appear in Flash animations on the website. Recently, Clunk was syndicated in a Park Services newsletter at a certain Six Flags.

In his first comics Clunk was a very pessimistic character as he was mocked by other characters continually. But, by the time his fifth webcam episode appeared, Tennis, he had become rather optimistic and is shown to have a willpower to overcome his "short"-comings.
