Club Social y Deportivo Defensa y Justicia, is an Argentine football club club from the Florencio Varela the capital of Florencio Varela Partido of Buenos Aires Province, in Argentina. The club was founded March 20, 1935 and plays in the Primera B division of the Argentine league (which is equivalent to the second division). Their home games are played at the Estadio Norberto "Tito" Tomaghello which has a capacity of approximately 8,000 seats.

Even though the club was founded as early as 1935, they had to wait until 1977 until they made their debut in the regionalised 5th tier of Argentine football, Primera D Metropolitana. They made quick progress gaining promotion to Primera C Metropolitana in 1982, and promotion to Primera B Metropolitana in 1985. They played their first season at national level in 1986 in Argentine Nacional B which is the league they currently play in.

The team colours used to be blue and white, but in 1981 they changed the colour of their kit to yellow and green to match the colours of their sponsor, a local bus company.

In the 2005/06 season the club finished 5th in the Apertura and 17th in the Clausura. Despite finishing 11th overall, results over the previous 2 seasons ensured that they finished second bottom of the Metropolitana relegation table. This meant that they needed to play in a 2 legged promotion/relegation playoff against Club Deportivo Morón. the game finished 4-4 on aggregate, meaning that Defensa y Justicia kept their place in Nacional B.
