The Clovis Towne Center is a retail commercial shopping center in Clovis, California. This property located at 180 West Shaw in Fresno County has 282,000 square feet of retail space divided among several anchor tenants and a large number of specialty venues.[1]

The setting of the Towne Center is in the western part of the city of Clovis on a geological formation of alluvial fans; the fan formation in this part of the San Joaquin Valley has led to a very level regional geography. The Clovis area has active and potentially active seismic fault zones.[2] The elevation of the Clovis Towne Center is approximately 355 feet above mean sea datum[3] According to the Flood Hazard Boundary Map produced by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, part of Clovis near the Clovis Towne Center resides within the 100-year flood zone. Groundwater flow at the location of the Clovis Towne Center is generally to the southwest.
