The cloudy catshark, Scyliorhinus torazame, is a cat shark of the family Scyliorhinidae found from Japan and Korea to Taiwan between latitudes 40° N and 22° N at depths down to 100 m. Its length is up to 50 cm.
The cloudy catshark is found on the continental shelf, from close inshore down to at least 100 m.
Coloration is 6 to 9 distinct dusky saddle marks, interspersed with dark and light spots, fins plain.
Reproduction is oviparous.
