Cloth Myth

Cloth Myth is the name of a line of action-figures based on the TV Animated series Saint Seiya (also known as Knights of the Zodiac). Created by Bandai in 2003 (to celebrate the launch of the anime OVAs "Saint Seiya Hades: Chapter Sanctuary") for the Japanese and Hong-Kong markets, they are still in production until today.
At first, it was planned to launch just the Five Bronze Saints(Pegasus Seiya, Dragon Shiryu, Cygnus Hyoga, Andromeda Shun and Phoenix Ikki), but due to the selling success, they were soon followed by the 12 Gold Saints, the 3rd version of the Bronze Cloths (incomplete launch), the Secondary Bronze Saints and the 3 Judges (kyotos) of the Underworld (Griffon Minos will be released in November, joining Wywern Radhamantys and Garuda Aiacos). The God Warriors of Asgard and the Marinas, Poseidon's Generals, are also scheduled, with Dubhe Siegfried opening for the God Warriors and Kraken Isaac for the Marinas.
The key-characteristic of this collection are the high detail, a better design and the loyalty to the Anime. It replaces the classic models, named Die-Cast or Vintage, originally produced in the mid-80's in Japan.
Due to the international success of the line, Bandai also put the figures to sale in France, Spain, Brazil and Mexico.

Until now, Thirty-Six figures are launched and/or announced , twenty nine are already out, four are scheduled, two specials (Grand Pope Shion, which comes with 13 display stands for the Gold Saint plus Grand Pope and the face of Aries Shion, and Pandora, which comes now with 4 stands to put the Three Judges of the Underworld and herself, and one rumoured (Shun possessed by Hades). Crystal, Hyoga's master in the anime, is rumoured to be another of the scheduled.
