Clive Stafford Smith, Esq. is a notable (but not prominent) attorney who deserves a better article. A highly-rhetotical article does him a disservice. Please take a look at Johnny Cochran (long), Richard Haynes (short) and you will see models for articles on attorneys who handle high-profile cases. Or look at William Kunstler for a neutral way to profile an activist lawyer. Joaquin Murietta 16:12, 15 October 2005 (UTC)

I have removed -born. He still hold UK citizenship and is quite open that he only took US citizenship to allow his wife to stay with him in the US. He further adds that when he took the citizen ship oath of allegiance he altered it so as not to disclaim his British citizenship. So it seems fair to leave it as British which is obviously how he regards himself.Alci12 12:42, 6 April 2006 (UTC)
