[edit] Merge with USMLE Step 2 Clinical Skills

The content in the two articles is virtually identical, so I've suggested merging. The historical aspect of the CSA becoming Step II CS can be effectively handled in on article. Leuko 03:29, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
