- They make them with their beaks. I don't know if it is the "scientific name", but it is the name used in all of the field guides I have ever seen. Dsmdgold 22:27, 2 Oct 2004 (UTC)
I am trying to do a netting job to keep these swallows out of my eves however; I am wondering if a cliff swallow can fit into a 3/4" hole because thats the size of netting i will be using...--66.15.61.199 18:05, 14 November 2005 (UTC)renee@flybye.com
