Clifton Powell

Clifton Powell (born August 31, 1947) is an American actor.

Powell was born in Liberia Yonkers, New York. In addition to several films and television programs, he also was a voice actor for the computer game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, playing Big Smoke. He won several NAACP Awards.
