Clifford Bleszinski, also known under the moniker CliffyB, is a lead game designer for the successful game development company Epic Games in Raleigh, North Carolina. He is most famous for his continuing hand in the development of the Unreal franchise. He is the brother of Tyler Bleszinski, a sports blogger.

He has his own website where he often shares his thoughts and feelings on the world, American culture, gaming, and life in general. He is occasionally cited for his charitable nature like helping fans get jobs in the industry. He has co-hosted G-Phoria, a video-game award show.He has a girlfriend name Chantal.

Bleszinski's first game was The Palace of Deceit: Dragon's Plight, a 1991 pixel-hunting adventure game for Windows PC. He is also known for the games Dare to Dream and Jazz Jackrabbit. In 2006, he served as lead game designer on the game Gears of War for the Xbox 360.

According to Bleszinski's MySpace, he lives in Raleigh, North Carolina and is 32 years old as of February 12 2007.[citation needed]

  • In Unreal Tournament, there is a hidden area on one of the maps, which showcases a picture of Bleszinski. It has the caption of “Pretty Fly...”. Shooting the picture instantly causes the text to change to "(For a white guy!)".[citation needed]
  • In Unreal Tournament 2004, there is a sound file reading "You're almost as good as CliffyB!," though it is never typically heard in game.[citation needed]
