• ClientLogic is an international provider of integrated customer management solutions, including customer contact, fulfillment, marketing services and technical support. A subsidiary of Canadian diversified company Onex Corporation, ClientLogic is headquartered in Nashville, TN and operates in 54 locations 12 countries throughout North America, Europe and Asia.

• Services offered by ClientLogic include, integrated customer acquisition, list management, brokerage, database design and development, multi-channel customer and technical support (phone, fax, eMail, Chat, Self-Help, etc.), eCommerce services and warehousing/fulfillment.

• Early in 2007, ClientLogic merged with Sitel. Subsequently, ClientLogic changed its name to the more recognizable Sitel brand.

• ClientLogic has 250+ member client list, including TiVo, DIRECTV, National Geographic Television, The BNP, T-Mobile, Hewlett-Packard, Juno and NetZero (United Online) and Sony Corporation which are served by ClientLogic's 16,500 associates.
