CLG Eoghan Rua Cúil Raithin is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in Coleraine. The club's catchment area straddles the north County Londonderry/County Antrim border, taking players in from the triangle area of Coleraine, Portstewart and Portrush. They play in Derry competitions and won county Intermediate Gaelic Football and Hurling titles in 2006. The club also won their first Intermediate Camogie title in 2005. The Senior team won the Derry Intermediate Championship in late 2006, leading to the Ulster Intermediate Championship in February 2007. They have since qualified for the All-Ireland intermediate final to be played in Croke Park on 10 March 2007. The club has a number of Gaelic football, Hurling and Camogie teams. The club's name is taken from Eoghan Rua Ó Néill.

Current players Barry McGoldrick, Sean Leo McGoldrick and Anton Rafferty have represented Derry at intercounty level in hurling in recent years, with Barry McGoldrick becoming the first Eoghan Rua senior player to start an Ulster Senior Championship football game in 2006 when he started at centre half forward for Derry v All Ireland Champions Tyrone in Omagh. Sean Leo McGoldrick recently made his debut for Derry in the McKenna Cup v Queen's University Belfast, scoring two points. Current senior camogs Gráinne McGoldrick, Jane Carey, Méabh McGoldrick and Roma McDonald were on the Derry senior squad that contested the All Ireland Junior Camogie Final. They were defeated by Dublin.

The club's grounds are under development on the main road between Coleraine and Portstewart. It is anticipated that they will be ready for use in time for the 2007 season.

The club also takes part in Scór competitions.
