[edit] Failure in Opera and IE

The first floating box.
Blah blah blah.
({{clearright}})
The second floating box.
Blah blah blah.

This doesn't work, at least not in Opera 7.54 or Internet Explorer (though it does in Firefox). To the right, I have a float:right div, then the current version of this template (plus some text inside to make it clear where it's being put), then another float:right div. This is rendered with the clearright div being placed under the first box (as it should be), but the second box is being placed to the left of the first since it's not itself clear:right. —Cryptic (talk) 00:15, 11 July 2005 (UTC)

The second floating box and the clearright box appear on the same line for me as well, in Firefox 1.0.7. Stevage 17:25, 21 December 2005 (UTC)
That's how it's supposed to show up. In IE and Opera 7.x (but not 8.x), the first floating box and second floating box appear on the same line. —Cryptic (talk) 23:48, 28 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Problem articles using this template

The Churchill College, Cambridge article uses this template, and the last few words of the third line of the "History" section are disappearing behind the first photograph (in my Internet Explorer 6 browser, anyway). Is this a bug in the clearright template, or is it being used incorrectly? Mike Field 08:46, 3 October 2006 (UTC)
