[edit] Plot

After emerging in Rome in 44 BC they meet Cleopatra and must prevent her from being captured by angry Roman citizens after the recent assassination of Julius Caesar. They get her away safely but a kiss from Cleopatra (who touches the Omni) sends Bogg and the Egyptian queen to New York City in 1927, without Jeff. Bogg loses her in a crowd then goes back for Jeff and the boy realizes that Babe Ruth is not with the New York Yankees. They time travel to England in 1669 and meet Isaac Newton before he envisioned the idea of gravity as a force. Bogg & Jeff help him by coercing him to sit under a tree and get hit on the head by an apple. The Omni changes from a red light status to a green light and they go onward through time. In Boston, 1919, Bogg poses as a pitcher (taught by Jeff) to get Ruth to quit pitching and become a heavy hitter with the Boston Red Sox. Back in The Bronx, they learn crime boss Lucky Luciano is with Cleopatra and that he is going to hurt Ruth so he can't play in the next game (a fixed bet). The Voyagers get Cleopatra & Ruth out of a speakeasy and away from Luciano's thugs and after spending the night at Lou Gehrig's place, Ruth plays a record hitting game at Yankee Stadium. They then bring Cleopatra back to Italy in time for her to meet up with Marc Antony.
