Clements is a city in Redwood County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 191 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.0 km² (0.4 mi²), all land.

As of the census2 of 2000, there were 191 people, 76 households, and 45 families residing in the city. The population density was 194.1/km² (496.3/mi²). There were 81 housing units at an average density of 82.3/km² (210.5/mi²). The racial makeup of the city was 98.43% White, 0.52% Native American, 0.52% Pacific Islander, and 0.52% from two or more races.
There were 76 households out of which 35.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 51.3% were married couples living together, 3.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 39.5% were non-families. 32.9% of all households were made up of individuals and 13.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.51 and the average family size was 3.24.
In the city the population was spread out with 32.5% under the age of 18, 5.8% from 18 to 24, 29.8% from 25 to 44, 20.9% from 45 to 64, and 11.0% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 34 years. For every 100 females there were 114.6 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 118.6 males.
The median income for a household in the city was $35,000, and the median income for a family was $46,250. Males had a median income of $33,000 versus $16,406 for females. The per capita income for the city was $15,204. None of the families and 3.5% of the population were living below the poverty line.
