Clement Quartey (born April 12, 1938) is a former Ghanaian boxer. At the 1960 Summer Olympics he won the silver medal in the men's Light Welterweight (63.5 kg) category. It was Ghana's first Olympic medal in history.

Better known as "Isaac" or "Ike", Clement is an older brother of former welterweight champion Ike Quartey.
