Clear Lake Site is a site listed on the National Register of Historic Places on November 28, 1978. The site is located somewhere near or in Manito, Illinois, a village in Mason County. This particular site is one that the Register has noted as "address restricted, generally because of its special sensitivity, anthropological or otherwise. Clear Lake Site is one of two address restricted sites in Mason County, the other, in Havana, is Rockwell Mound.
