[edit] Welcome back

I've found myself sucked back in in the past month or two. Good to see you back - Scott/Cafemusique 06:44, 1 Nov 2004 (UTC)

I think my web/wiki activity increases with the amount of real-work I should be doing. I should be studying for my statistics exam on Wednesday, for example. Claudine 07:23, 1 Nov 2004 (UTC)

[edit] G'day back to you

G'day Claudine,

I knew you were a Wikipedian, although I had thought that you were just Claudine and were not actively as of late. I'm very glad to be shown wrong.  ;)

Jacinta is also about, should you ever wish to say hi to her.

Recently I've been flat out with the conference and just general business. However we do have confirmed plans to go scuba diving at the end of the year.

Hope that you're well, and I look forward to bumping into you at OSDC if not sooner.

[edit] Finding a naming standard for articles on dioceses in Australia

Hi! I noticed your post on the WikiProject Anglicanism page about finding a consistent policy or system for the naming of articles on Anglican dioceses in Australia. I have independently come across the same problem with respect to the Catholic dioceses in Australia (pretty much at the same time as you, it would seem!). Given the parallels (and those naming conflicts that do occur between similarly named Anglican and Catholic dioceses in Australia) it would probably be a good idea to try to figure something out for both Churches simultaneously. I have made a preliminary proposal for how a consistent system could work at Talk:List of Roman Catholic dioceses, and have requested some comment on it at the Catholicism Wikiproject talk page, and I would really appreciate your thoughts and input too! In essence the proposal (which is currently limited to Australia, as different countries may have different circumstances, and I don't want to bite off more than I can chew!) is to have all Catholic (arch/)dioceses at "Catholic (Arch/)Diocese of XXX" and all Anglican ones at "Anglican Diocese of XXX", with suitable redirects or disambiguation pages depending on the individual cases of conflict (or not). You seem to have already advocated the use of a consistent "Anglican Diocese of XXX" naming approach, so we are already well on the way to a solution, I think! Greetings, person who is listed as being interested in future meetups in Melbourne. The fourth meetup will be held on 18 December, at Lower House in Fed Square (in the Alfred Deaking building, Flinders Street end near the Atrium: map), starting from 7pm. We don't currently have a separate location for discussion beforehand, but there'll be plenty of time to talk wiki over dinner. --bainer (talk) 14:53, 16 December 2006 (UTC)

Hi - I saw your name at Wikipedia:WikiProject Saints with a mention about the Anglican church. I wondered if you would like to have an opinion about Talk:Calendar of saints (Church of England)#Proposed rename of article to in accordance with the 1958 Lambeth Conference resolution? Thanks --Golden Wattle talk 23:02, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
