I've tried to add a few relevant ones, including one related to the article on DA Hynes, which I created earlier today.

The only major figure mentioned that doesn't have one is-I believe-Gerald P. Carson.

No article on him yet exists.

I could create one, although I suppose that any of the 36 other Wikipedians from this borough could as well.
