Apparently this particular copy of the image was obtained through tv.com, but they do not own it, do not have copyright on it, and have would no grounds to try to stop somebody else from using it. Tv.com themselves acknowledge that the image is "© 2006 Mitch Haaseth/NBC Universal Photo". It is a fair use image. --Psiphiorg 23:22, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
