Claudio Huepe

Claudio Huepe (b. December 25, 1939) is a Chilean Christian Democrat politician who was Minister Secretary General of the Government of Chile from 2000-2002. He was affectionately known by the media as "El Vampiro Huepe". He was also Chilean ambassador to Venezuela from 2005 to 2006.
