Claudia de' Medici, (June 4, 1604December 25, 1648), was the wife (16201622) of Federico della Rovere, the only son of Francesco Maria II della Rovere, Duke of Urbino. Their only child, Vittoria della Rovere would marry Ferdinando II de' Medici, Grand Duke of Tuscany.

Claudia de' Medici was born in Florence.

After her husband's premature death, she was married, on April 19, 1626, to the archduke Leopold V of Austria. She died at Innsbruck in 1648.

  • Archduchess Maria Eleonora of Austria (1627–1629)
  • Archduke Ferdinand Charles of Austria (1628–1662), Count of Tyrol, who married Anna de' Medici (1616–1676)
  • Archduchess Isabella Clara of Austria (1629–1685), who married Carlo III Gonzaga, Duke of Mantua (1629–1665)
  • Archduke Sigismund Francis of Austria (1630–1665), Count of Tyrol and Regent of Further Austria, who married Maria Hedwig Auguste, Countess Palatine of Sulzbach (1650–1681)
  • Archduchess Maria Leopoldine of Austria (1632–1649), who married Holy Roman Emperor Ferdinand III (1608–1657)
