Claudette Werleigh

Claudette Werleigh (born 1946) was prime minister of Haïti from November 7, 1995 to February 7, 1996.

She had previously been Minister of Foreign Affairs and of Religion in 1993 and 1995. Before that, she was the executive director of the Haïtian embassy in Washington, DC.

She currently works at the Life & Peace Institute in Uppsala, Sweden, which undertakes research into conflict resolution and reconciliation.
