Claude Moraes

Claude Moraes (born October 22, 1965) is a Member of the European Parliament for the Labour and Co-operative Parties representing London. He was first elected to the European Parliament in 1999 and re-elected in 2004.
Prior to holding elected office, he was the director of the Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants and a Commissioner for Racial Equality.
