KMXW (Magic 92.3) is a Classic Country station serving the Wichita area. The Journal Communications outlet broadcasts at 92.3 MHz with a effective radiated power of 100 kW and is licensed to Newton, Kansas.

KMXW, whose previous history includes Beautiful Music (in the 1970s and 1980s) and Adult Contemporary during the most of the 1990s as KOEZ (as "Easy 92"), switched formats to Adult Top 40 and picked up the KMXW (As in "Mix 92.3") calls in 1999. In late 2002, The station become "92-3 The Zone," an automated station that's music varied from Hot AC (Avril Lavigne, Matchbox 20) to Hard Rock (Disturbed, Korn) to Alternative (The Strokes, White Stripes.) Sometime in 2003, the station flipped to AC as "The New 92.3" only to switch to Adult Rhythmic Top 40 (along with moniker change to "Wichita's Magic 92.3") in September 2003. It became a country music station in February 2007.
