ClarkConnect is a Linux-based operating system. ClarkConnect's aim is to transform any standard PC into a dedicated firewall and Internet server/gateway. The design of the operating system is derived from Red Hat Enterprise Linux, with optional modules for firewall and LAN servers.

ClarkConnect is an up-to-date distribution based on kernel 2.6, modular design, automatic updates and commercial support. ClarkConnect has an active user community.

APT package manager is used to handle RPM packages and installation of new packages/services/tools is easy.

The first version of ClarkConnect was launched to the public in November 2000 included a basic software update service along with a dynamic DNS service. ClarkConnect 3.2 version from December 2005 includes dozens of unique services to help users get the most out of their gateway/server technology.

Community edition is free. Enterprise edition is a commercial product designed to fit the needs of small organisations. Additional services are included in commercial subscriptions.
