Clarendon College is a religious school in Chapelton, Clarendon parish, Jamaica. The school is situated on a scenic site in Chapelton, Clarendon, occupying approximately 120 acres. The small town of Chapelton is situated mid-way on the main road between May Pen, the parish capital, and Frankfield, amid the central hills of the island. Chapelton is approximately 50 miles from Kingston.

Many students live up to 25 miles from school, and travel by public transportation daily to school. The Blue Liner school bus assists some students on a daily basis.

The school's percentage of students passing the CSEC and CAPE examinations increased dramatically between 2005 and 2006.
