Claire Davenport (born April 24, 1933 in Sale, Cheshire – March 4, 2002) was an English actress.

From Fawlty Towers: Fully Booked: "Davenport was a larger than life character actress who worked with the great and the good of British Comedy. Davenport was a perfect vehicle for humour based on innuendo, farce and sometimes downright smut." Davenport played the character "Miss Wilson" in the episode "The Germans".

Her film work includes cameo roles in Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi as a dancer in Jabba the Hutt's palace, Birth of the Beatles, and a notable appearance in Derek Jarman's The Tempest. She also appeared in Doctor Who in 1964.

Davenport died on Monday, March 4, 2002 of renal failure.
