[edit] Neutrality
This page, rather than being an encyclopedia article, seems to be a commentary on music and a person's personal recommendations. It seems to me that it needs to be changed. If anyone has any knowledge on this band, please update this page to be NPOV and make it happy. Cabhan 19:17, 6 Feb 2005 (UTC)
- I have rewritten the article to conform to NPOV policies. Cabhan 19:33, 6 Feb 2005 (UTC)

- Article previously existed under this title pertaining to a Canadian television station; was blanked by an anon user and rewritten to be about the band. CKY (band) already exists. I've reverted. I wouldn't object to moving this to CKY (television) and having a straight disambig page at CKY, but the user who changed this to be about the band simply blanked out the TV station info, which is not acceptable. [edit] Logos
I have added a section on previous logos, but I need help finding two logos that were used between 1993-1998. If you look at my descriptions on them, and comparing the two logos used in-between those times, you'll know what I am looking for. --PsychoJason 08:17, 8 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] News set
CFQC would not have any need for CKY's old set, because it already has an identical one. My understanding is that the old set was being divided into two components, and moved to CICC Yorkton and CIPA Prince Albert so their noon newscasts would visually resemble the 6 and 11:30 casts from Regina and Saskatoon. - Brithgob 05:55, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
- You may be right. This information is based on a Winnipeg Free Press article. PsychoJason 23:34, 21 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] This Article should be called CTV Winnipeg
someboby should rename this article--Spiddy 23:16, 25 January 2007 (UTC)
- Wikipedia articles on television and radio stations in North America are titled with their legal CRTC/FCC-issued call signs, not their on-air brand names. Whether you agree with this or not, there is actually a clear rationale behind this; some stations' brand names collide with each other, and there's no easily justifiable case for Wikipedia setting distinct classes of "stations that can use their brand names" and "stations that have to use their call signs because their brand names aren't unique". It can only be one or the other, and since it's not possible for it to be "all brand names", it therefore has to be "all call signs". Bearcat 03:27, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
