When patrolling Recent Changes, I use a system of warnings that I generally stick to. Because I use VandalProof, the program automatically includes the page and revision that I reverted. I strongly support including this information, as it may help some vandals to reform. I therefore use the following order when warning:

I agree to license my original text contributions under the GFDL. The only instance in which I do not use content that falls directly under this policy is through the uploading of fair-use images if I can find no free-licenced alternatives, for which I will provide a rationale using a tag with further details if necessary.
Images which I have produced personally include a tag detailing their licence. Unless detailed otherwise, my images will require attribution.

I believe that whilst it is important to avoid breaking copyright, this should not interfere with the improvement of the encyclopedia.
