I'm looking into it. I honestly don't know how far I can take this. Before it was because he was uploading copyrighted images as GFDL-self (doing this a lot), which is a copyright infringement because it's obviously not the right license -no mercy here. He was warned, he persisted, I blocked. I went through his images (since being unblocked) and couldn't find any that he claimed to be the author of. If he did that I'd have no problem blocking, but for not providing a source, I don't know if thats enough to be banned. Copyright policy isn't exactly my expertise, but as I said, I'm looking into this. K1Bond007 07:48, 26 March 2006 (UTC)
