the tampa bay devil rays are located on st. petersburg, not tampa, so why is that no problem?

Because the team doesn't claim to be from Tampa, just from Tampa Bay (which is the name of the bay St. Petersburg is located on). Matt Yeager 05:30, 8 October 2005 (UTC)

Jan. 16, 2006 - Because the court case between the Angels and the city of Anaheim is under way, there should be a heading above this article that it "covers a current event." I've seen a standardized Wikipedia heading for this but don't know how to enter it; can somebody help out?

It would have been better to call the team California Angels of Anaheim. [[User:Can't sleep, Yankees will beat Red Sox|before you block me]] 12:26, 10 July 2006 (UTC)
