City of London Academy

The City of London Academy is a new business and enterprise specialist school, located in the Bermondsey area of London Borough of Southwark, London, England.
The City of London Academy is sponsored by the Corporation of London, hence the name. The building was designed by Studio E Architects and built by Willmott Dixon. The school has 6 years including the sixth form and this year marks the beginning of GCSE's at the academy.
The non-curricular subject, Business Studies is also taught here, which teaches young pupils how to become entrepreneurs in the making. The building features a wide array of computers.
Students at The City of London Academy purchase their lunches using a credit card like ID card, which are topped up using special machines.
