From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

City AM is a London-based freesheet that specialises in financial news. It started in 2005, making it the first one of its type in the world (Cash Daily, based in Zurich, Switzerland, followed in 2006). It is completely owned by itself as CITY A.M. Limited. It is available from Monday to Friday each week in tube stations in the Central London area and at Canary Wharf and at the four airports of London (Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and London City). Its editor is David Parsley.

The paper is aimed at young business professionals in the City, with the format of a tabloid with lighter amount of text and more colourful pictures then the Financial Times, its main competitor.
