The Citizens Business Bank Arena, originally known as the Ontario Community Events Center, is a 11,000-seat multi-purpose arena in Ontario, California, USA, that is currently under construction. It will host local sporting events and concerts. It is due to open in late 2008.

The only home team confirmed so far is the Los Angeles D-Fenders, a team in the NBA Development League owned by the Los Angeles Lakers. There was some talk that the ECHL's Long Beach Ice Dogs would move to Ontario, however, the team's new owners plan to keep the team in Long Beach.

The arena will be owned by the city of Ontario and will be operated by AEG Worldwide, which developed the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

Talk of an indoor arena in the Inland Empire of southern California dates back at least to the mid-1990s, but there have been many delays.
